Average movie usually are budgeted for around 20 million dollars, and some are as high as 250 million ( Spider Man 3 and King Kong). The case and crew consist of around 1000 people ( Some go as high as Avatar ( 3000 people). It is worked by the best technologies available and provided with all the resources to make a movie perfect. Movies' background goal is to make it seem as real as possible, so my question is: Why is there so many movie mistakes and goofs? Take the best director of all time, Steven Spielberg, even his movies have goofs. The most frequent types are :

-        Appearance of camera man in glass, or mirror, or even in at far end of the picture.

-        Difference in scenes. For example: A person might be drinking coffee; on the first shot, the cup is full, in the second, it’s emptied, then it’s back to full in the third.

-        Reality errors: If the movie is in the past, they might use some products that weren’t available back then.

Those are the most obvious and most popular goofs; I know they’re not on purpose, but I think 3 months of Editing/Post-production, at least, would make them less obvious.
